Automatic regulation

Automatic regulation RMT Reg001

Automatic regulation of burning is controlled by an electronic control unit, which compares the instantaneous course of combustion with a combustion optimizing program and regulates the air volume running to the combustion space according to the evaluation. The combustion optimizing program can be adapted to any furnace. Automatic regulation will lower the combustion curve when the temperature is rising and raise it during the burning out. This kind of regulation will ensure more uniform and longer heating with positive impact on the hygiene of the heated space - see fig.1.

Automatic combustion regulation RMT Reg001 is designed only for furnaces equipped with central air inlet.

• indicates the necessity of next fuel insertin
• more functions according to individual needs of the heating system

Block diagram

The temperature sensor is placed in the smoke flue above the outlet connection for flue gas exhaust from the furnace. The external switch serves for automatic regulation start – it need not be installed, as regulation can be also started with a switch on the central unit. The central control unit senses instantaneous flue gas temperature and controls regulation of air volume running into the furnace according to the optimizing program.

The servo drive controls the movement of the circular flap which regulates the air volume flowing into the furnace.
